Waited for an hour for the reponse team

This morning at 3:50 am my alarm was trigured. The call centre phoned and I asked for them to send someone out to my house to investigate. I activated the alarm again seeing that the person on duty didnt arive yet. Again the alarm was trigured. This was at 4:29 am. The person on duty was still not there. When the call centre called again I asked them where the security was because at this stage a burglar could've easily everything in my house or even murder someone. I mean how long can it take for a call out?! The lady on the phone told me that the person on duty said that he was at the gate and couldnt get access to the property which was strange because my son and I sat at front of the house in view of the gate to see when and if they arrive to assist us. At 5:15 am the first person arived at my place. When I asked him why they took so long he said he just got on his shift and that the other person who was supposed to come to my house for the call out (Jan) told him that he was here and he left a notifaction at the gate. There was however no notification. And apparently he got the wrong adress.
