24.7% price increase in 2 yrs and don’t take calls

I receive an E-mail on the 22nd of Jan dated 01 Jan stating that our monthly rate will increase to R469.22 from 01 Feb signed by Yaseen Omar. This 9 days notice is totally unprofessional in business practice. I would expect at least a month plus an additional week to evaluate if their customers wished to continue with their service as it is totally out of line with the CPI index.
The E-mail's response address Omar used was [Email Removed] which bounced back. I did however send my letter to various mail and fax addresses including [Email Removed] to which I received the following reference, 82A8FE50A345. I resent the mail again referring to their reference and also phoned for Omar and left a message and had no response.
Our account was debited with R469.22 on 01 February after my instruction clearly stated that we don't accept their unrealistic increase and cancelled their service. Should their mail have been received with a month's notice of the increase I would have afforded then a month's notice of termination of service, however both results would have terminated on 31 January.
