On 7 December I complained on Hello Peter that I am still being billed by ADT for an account that I have already paid. On the same day I received a response from ADT stating that management would get hold of me.By 16 December I still had not heard anything from ADT, so I wrote on Hello Peter again. Again, I got the response on 17 December that somebody would get hold of me. It is now 10 January and have firstly not heard from ADT, and secondly I have received a bill from ADT for the third time for a payment that I have already made. Come on ADT - please resolve this and stop sending me accounts for a bill I have already paid!
