I cancelled my Matrix in November and received a notification of cancellation.
From middle December I have started to receive numerous messages from Matrix advising power down on my vehicle on which I cancelled the Matrix and advised vehicle was sold. These messages come through at approximately 3am almost every morning and also all hours of day and night.
Considering the trouble I always had with Matrix as it NEVER worked I am amazed that now that the vehicle is sold and the Matrix contract cancelled it appears to be working just fine.
It is chilling to receive a message at 3am in the morning as most people would expect the worst.
I phoned the call centre on Saturday 4 January 2014 and was advised that they would forward to the relevant department.
I also sent an email on 6 January 2014 and low and behold this morning at 3am beep beep another message.
I would not recommend MATRIX to anybody???
