I ended up as a Tracker customer due to some buy out. The unit seems to go faulty just after warranty expires. So first week in November it failed to respond and 5 days later Tracker mailed me about it. Phoned the call centre and response to the problem within 72 hrs. After 72 hrs I phoned them due to no response and a very unfriendly operator told me I am on the list after I explained to him I am leaving on holiday. Ok nothing happened then on ho0liday at 02:00 in the morning I get a call from tracker, highly upset but 10 minutes later another call. Then a few days later at during the day Tracker informs me there is no service centre open before 5 Jan 2014. Now 7 Jan 2014 still no response. Basically no service for a month and they claim to track vehicles.
