Although the cause of this incident was that the tracking unit had come loose and was dangling from the chassis of my new Jeep, once I reported it Altech Netstar's team were on it immediately and handled the matter very quickly and in a professional manner with the necessary apologies.

I have previously had the same Toyota Hilux on more than one occasion where Altech Netstar have recovered it within 45 minutes each time.
