I contacted the Netstar call centre to attempt to test my vehicles unit, which I need to do twice a year. I dialed the (011) number, pressed 1 to test the unit and then held... And held and held... All the time listening to bad music and the repeat message of we are busy and apologies for the delay...
I held for 15 min (no jokes) and eventually dropped the call.
I cannot believe that when calling the Netstar call centre, one should be holding for more than 2 -3 min max. 15 is just a joke... If you are experiencing high volumes of calls, get more staff.
A suggestion would be to have a toll free number for unit testing.
