Horrendous service at ADT Security

I signed a new contract with ADT at the end of Nov 2013 and was promised their technicians would come and install their radio in a week's time. Two weeks later (now Dec) I hadn't heard from them. I followed up with their call centre, the service was poor and no one could give me a straight answer. They promised to call me back and never did. Instead ADT debited my account with a radio licensing fee, which is still not installed to date. I gave ADT a date and time to come and do the installation. Their technicians could not make this time and I re-scheduled. Since then, I have had to re-schedule 5 times because no one can confirm the time. On two occasions, they showed up at my house, unconfirmed and of course no one could open for them because I was at work, as I had told them. The level of stupidity in the people dealt with is mind boggling and the inefficiency in their process is amazing. The business is ran like a spaza shop. I am worried if their response unit will ever show up if I were in trouble. To date, I still don't have the radio installed but they have debited my bank account. Today I took a day off work to wait for them. I am considering cancelling the contract.!!!
