I arranged for an installation on 27 December at 14H00 (I30 Hyuandai) and the technician turned up with no alert units and promised to have the installation done the Saturday - 28/12/2013. I cancelled all my appointments and waited and received no call as an indication on whether the technician would be coming or not. I then called Monday and spoke to Irfaan Hendricks who then arranged for a technician to see me at 14H00 on 31/12/2014. I then called tracker at 14H05 on Tuesday 31/12/2013, and spoken to Kewan who said that he would try to get hold of the technician. He kept me holding for almost 20 minutes and eventually i put the phone down. I then called back again and got hold of Mpho and i told her i would like to speak to a manager and she also then kept me holding for almost 20 minutes. I then called back and spoke to Melanie Smith, just to learn that Irfaan Hendricks did not speak to the technician and just created the appointment on the system.
Now I deal with customers on a daily basis and i have been a customer of tracker for quite a number of years and in all this time have NEVER been messed around like this.

The incompetence and unprofessional conduct is questionable
