I av purchased a brand New Hyundai bakkie, due to high risk I also installed a tracking device by Matrix. Every tym I called into the call centre to test my tracking device all they could tell me was they can't locate my device but they can pik me up on there billing records. They promised me it will be attended to urgently and it's gone 3weeks and NO1 as contacted me! I am very frustrated with the Matrix Mix telematics!! Service is perthetic!
