I am logging this for a friend how is tired of not getting response from ADT Security.
Lightning hit her alarm system last week and she phone to make an appointment for it to be fixed today, which on Monday was the first available date, but after phoning this morning to confirm the call out time guess what no appointment was made!!!
After complaining and asking what now she found out that the call recording was now the answer, but after 5 hours they could not get hold of the recording.
After this experience I know now that all the complaints about ADT is true - worst service ever!!!
