On Tuesday I phoned for an urgent gate repair, I was promised that I can be assisted the next day. Late Tuesday night I got sent a quote for my repair and for a new track of R5500. On Wednesday when I phoned him he informed me that they now can only come on Thursday. Since I could not wait so long I found someone else to help but they also were incompetent. Thursday I phoned him back asked if he could still help me before they close and if not could he please tell me so - don't waste anymore of my time. Ever so friendly " yes we can do it no problem, we will definitely be able to help you. I will phone you in the morning with a time" Around 10 I have yet to hear from him so I called." MMM AAA sjoe you know man let me see what I can do with regards to getting this done for you". An hour later I get a call from him "sorry cant help you well oops". Why waste my time if you cant do it! I cant help but think its because I did not want the new track installed for R5500 so I am not a big enough client for you! How do these people make money when they give such bad service. But from previous posts it appears I came of lightly. If you don't have communication skills please close up shop!
