Had to phone on the 20th of December to try and get a proof of installation for a newly installed tracking unit but had no answer for 20min. What a disgrace, how does a call centre function with such turn around times? Where is the quality control checking coming in?
If you can't answer a phone how are you suppose to retrieve my car in an emergency?
This is absolutely shocking and I hope altech turns this around quickly or myself and all the other irritated customers will leave.
