ADT Security - no direct contact to senior people

I reported a faulty alarm on 17 Dec. After confirming the appointment that was made for 19 Dec, i had to call again at 16:30 to find out when the technitian will come out. The agent told me the technitian can only come out on the 24 Dec. I complained at the technitian was send to my house. They replaced the radio. My alarm went off after 21:00 and after 30 min I Phoned ADT, they did not receive a signal. I phoned again on 20 Dec requesting a technitian to assist, I was told to wait until 23 Dec. I made numerous calls to the technical dept requesting to speak to a senior person. I was put on hold for 20 min, they activated my alarm in testing mode, they hang up the phone as soon as I give my telephone number or asked to be transferred to a senior person. I have tried to speak to a senior person for 3 hours 40 min. This is the worst service I have received in many years. This is the company that I use for personal protection and they hang up ecery time I phone?
