I bought a car and had the dealer fit the Netstar device for me. I got the car on the 11 November 2013 and it already had the device. Its been over a month of me struggling for assistance, checking the device and trying to get a technician to come and have a look at the device. There most irritating thing is the customer service line where you hold for over 20 minutes waiting for someone who is not even willing to listen to your story but they just put you through to someone else who will try and send you back to the customer service department.
THis has been going on for too long, if Altech is not willing to help me then I would like to cancel that contract and move to another tracking company.
I have paid for the month of Novemeber, I refuse to pay for December because the device was and still is not working.
This is really unacceptable, this should be an emergency service incase of any troubles or dangers one finds themselves in but it has turned into the actual nightmare.
I am really upset by your service and your sense of urgency.
