On Friday the 6th of December I sent an email query to ADT via: [Email Removed] The message was read on Friday, December 06, 2013 3:14:14 PM UTC. as yet I have received no response. This is not the first time ADT have failed to respond to me on any forum I have used to contact them including call center and email.

What is the charge on the 11th of November 2013 for R200.64 for? I was also promised a few months back a refund for call out charges deducted from my account in June/July and this has not been done. Looking forward to your response.
