Poor Service from ADT

I receive numerous phone calls from their call centre about an alarm activation on my electric fencing and panic buttons, these calls come through every 5-20 minutes continuously at night. Even when asking the call centre not to contact us for the same reasons again, cause we are trying to sleep!!! When reporting the issue they can only assist me in a weeks time. I have left messages with the call centre for the Technical department to contact me, but nobody responds to my messages! The funny thing is I do not even have an electric fence on my property! According to my contract ADT is responsible for repairs and Maintenance on my rented system, however they insist on a call out fee when needed for Repairs on previous occasions.
