If been with Matrix for almost 4 years
During this time I've experienced some of the worst services ever delivered the final nail in the coffin was when I phoned them to find out what the duration of my contract still is only to find out that when I signed documents last year for them to upgrade my unit (REPLACE A FAULTY UNIT) my contract was renewed I had enough of this service how the do you expect of me to reply on the messages you send me because you had a call on your system that my car is moving without the required card if my life is in danger or explain to me how I drive around without the card for a whole day and you only phone or SMS me at night because you received a notice
