An ADT sales consultant by the name of Mr Booysens came to my new house over the weekend so that I could sign a contract with them in order to get linked to ADT. Crime is on the increase in my complex so I begged him to link my alarm to their system ASAP, the consultant (Mr Booysens) then rest assured me that I would be linked by the Monday after the weekend. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went and on Wednesday I called Mr Booysens to find out what is going on, he said he would inquire and come back to me. Wednesday passed, Thurday passed and still no contact from the sales rep. I have called his cellphone, left voicemails etc. and he has just completely ignored me. I called the call centre about three times and they have been utterly useless and cant give me an explanation as to why my alarm is not being linked. I am very disappointed with ADT and am horrified at their poor service. No one has called me or gotten back to me... I'm still waiting. The safety of my family and I is being put in jeopardy.
