I have had recurrent problems with my alarm system not working properly. I have had to have the system serviced about 4 or 5 times in the last 18 months. It is now no longer under guarantee and we will have to pay for it to be fixed. Furthermore, I have had recurrent problems with scheduling appointments. I made an appointment on Monday morning but when I called on Monday to confirm a time I was told it was scheduled for Tuesday. I had to rearrange for Wednesday at 4pm but this morning I received a call from a technician on their way. They are now unable to come today at 4 and can only come next Monday. In the meantime, my security is being jeopardised. I am fed up and considering changing security companies.
