This is a summery of my dealings with ADT in the last month:
*The Sales agent Larry did not know the products that his company sells/ installs
*The Installation technician arrived an hour early for the installation appointment as he was given the wrong time
*Due to the lack of knowledge of the Sales Rep, the Tech brought the wrong equipment and had to come back a second time to finish the job
*The equipment was not set up properly resulting in 8 false alarms per day causing ongoing interruptions in my day for almost 2 weeks and inconveniencing the neighbor as she is a pensioner and is at home all day
*No follow ups were made after the installation- I had to repeatedly call to have 4 different technicians come and set the equipment to no avail. I had to make myself available everytime.
*The Installations manager (Mr Mac) was never available to take my call. The 1 time he did- he was arrogant
*Due to the swapping of equipment, 3 invoices were loaded (R9000) instead of 2 invoices and a credit (R6100). I stopped the debit
*I was STILL debited over R500 for REPEATED CALL OUTS??!!??
*I Spoke to: Kabelo, Yolandie, Naim, Sadieka, Jonathen, Anele, Ushra, Valentine, Royston, Abby, Nathan, Mac
