I had a previous complaint about being double charged for a system I have cancelled.
I have struggled with the Rustenburg branch to sort this out for me and had a couple of other issues with them as well.
I am still unhappy with Netstar Rustenburg, and will make use from other branches in the future.
I want to thank Johan Kok at head office who sorted all my queries out and refunded me.
I am a happy Netstar client again.
