Terrible service despite 2 fee increases this yea

My home alarm went off at about 6h45am today & when the ADT control room operator called I asked her to send a someone to my property. After no one had arrived at 7h15am I called again & they said someone was on the way.By 7h30am there was still no response & I called again and a control room operator could not tell me what the delay was & said they would follow up. The armed response only arrived at my house shortly before 7h45am telling me that he had to come from quite a distance in traffic, that is why he is so late. I am paying R400.91 a month for a service that is extremely poor. Are there just one or two ADT patrol cars servicing the Goodwood area (even though head office is in Goodwood)? A response time of 1 hour is pathetic to say the least. Luckily it was not an emergency as an insect may have triggered one of my sensors, but if it was an emergency can I expect an armed response after 1 hour? Also, I have tried to use the Meet and Greet service this year & more than once the ADT car arrived more that 20 minutes after time agreed upon despite me calling well in advance. I am very disappointed in ADT Security, who are providing a terrible service. I do not feel protected.
