I was just woken up in the middle of the night by about 8 men removing the contents of a home in my complex. They were banging away and making a huge noise that woke a few people in the complex.
I checked my watch, it's well after midnight and these guys are just being allowed to do as they please, no security are around to even stop them.
The gate guards didn't think
1- that is is odd for people to empty the contents of a home in the middle of the night
2- that allowing them to make a noise and wake neighbors after 10pm is a problem
How is it okay for guards to allow this in a complex? When another resident came out to complain the guards defended the people moving.
I had to do SSG's jobs for them, and told the people moving that I was calling the police to ensure that these people owned the things they were removing and report them disturbing the peace at 1am. The second I did that the vehicle they were loading sped out of the complex, leaving half of their crew behind. The gate guards still think that this is all good.
Why doesn't SSG think it is appropriate to enforce the rule that things like this and parties aren't allowed after 10pm?
