I was recently contacted by tracker tell me that my insurance broker is not paying the monthly fees and that i would be held responsible. The problem is that the vehicle which tracker has the account on my name was traded in almost 6 to 9 years ago and tracker has no current record of my current vehicle. When i asked tracker to sort out this problem they where more interested in puting a tracker unit in my current vehicle then sorting out the problem. They gave me a queary no. no. 11-68519050 on the 30th October but up to this day nobody has come back to me. What shoddy service from tracker. It looks as if they don't know what they are doing.
