I have been with the company for years. On the 11th of November 2013, there was an intruder in my house and i was alerted by my eldest son. The first thing that came to my mind was to press my panic button. Immediately I received a phone call on my cell to check if they should send a response vehicle which I did find awkward considering that I was in danger. The Alarm went on and off and I pressed again still no response and then the alarm went off again and i pressed again and in between these occurancies there was no phone call. Eventually 15 minutes later i got a response and goodness gracious me i would have been dead or otherwise. When i enquired with the guards after they have inspected my property they advised they only got the call out 3 minutes ago. So i am still wondering up until today what am i paying for. I tell you when i dont need them they are all over the show. Concerned Customer.
