ADT Armed Response - Shocking!!

Complaint: My alarm went off at 10.18am (aprox) this morning (18 Nov) I was called by ADT asking if i was home. I said no, send the armed response asap.
My partner was however at home (which i did not know). ADT armed response only arrived at 10.30am... 12 minutes later... WOW!!
And on top of that... the ADT armed response driver drove past our house twice... before realising which house it was. (i know this because my partner stood outside the house, waiting for ADT to arrive). Shocking!!
Our whole house could have been cleaned out in this time... and ADT would have just driven right past the intruders... TWICE!!

What type of service/protection is this?

I'm in shock at the response time and service.
