ADT repeatedly gets the billing incorrectly. I signed a contract for 24 months @ R 255 per month. I had repeated problems where ADT billed me incorrectly. They rectified the problem for a very short period.
My debit order went off this weekend and I was disgusted to see that ADT billed me R 508.03 instead of R 255 as per contract.
ADT.... Get it through your thick heads. If we sign a contract for R 255 per month - you'll are not allowed to bill any more than what the contract is.
It is unlawful and unethical. Please re-imburse the difference with interest. I don't care - you'll were given enough warnings. And don't give me any that you'll will amend at the next billing. Deposit the money immediately.
ADT is nothing more than!!!
Imagine how many people don't check their accounts and get ripped off on a monthly basis.
