On 17 Nov 2013 at about 12:00 we had an alarm activation. First of all it took almost 20 mins for the control room to call. When they finally did, I complained about the response time, only to be told "my guys did an external perimeter check of your premises and all was ok". We were at home and NOBODY did a perimeter check. My dogs would have gone ballistic firstly, and secondly we would have seen or heard the guy... My issue is that we pay money monthly for a service which clearly is not up to standard. In those 20 mins we could have been cleaned out, or or murdered??? Then at the end of the call I was not asked for my password either.? For all they knew an attacker could have been inside the house with me?. I want answers and I do NOT want a generic response like on all your other complaints. Otherwise I will be taking this matter higher.
