I received a call today from Altech Netstar (telephone number (telephone number 031 286 0923) on both my cellphone and my landline - looking for Renwick - which one I don't know.
They asked me first if I had a tracking device in my car and then tried to sell me one.
When I asked where they got my telephone numbers from (both number are unlisted), suddenly the line went dead.
What is more annoying is that I am signed up with the direct marketing association not to receive these types of calls.
I can't wait for POPI to come into force so that we won't get bothered by this type of marketing and if we are, then we can sue.
