Hello Peter,
I 'm now looking for help from you. I bought a BMW from my friend it is still in a very good condition. My insurance insist me to install a tracker in the BMW as this will allow me to pay less on my insurance. The tech from tracker phoned me for an appointment I told him that I will be available from 17h00 and upon my arrival at my home the system were already installed. After about four days we want to switch on the aircon in the BMW it was not working. At that time I thought it was a fuse that was blown I tested the fuses and it was still fin. Then I took the BMW to a BMW dealer and they did an inspection on the system. And found that the control PC board has been damaged. I then told them that I installed a tracker. And that can be the problem as the aircon was working properly before the installation. It is now 3 months and still it is not fixed as tracker said that it is my responsibility to fix it. I feel that the tech who installed the tracker did something wrong that led to the fault on the system. I tried to reason with tracker as well as the insurance company but with out success. Can you please help me out here I despite to get this sorted
