Still no action!

I wrote my last report on September 30, got a quick phone call from ADT with a promise to lower my monthly contribution and an e-mail explaining why my fee is so much higher than was quoted in a promotional letter to our Body Corp. Now more than a month has passed without any communication or action from ADT, is this a company that is responsible for our safety, it does not augur well if they treat clients like that.
