On the 30th of October 2013 i phoned customer service (0112075006) and i spoke to the lady by the name of Sindisiwe, i wanted her to organise someone to go fit the tracker to my new car which was at the dealership in Hartfield. it was around 10AM at that time and she promised to phone me back.and she never. i called the number back at around 13:00 to find out what was the delay. i then spoke to the lady by the name of Thandi, who put me on hold and immediately came back to tell me that Sindisiwe is on another call. then i asked to speak to her supervisor since i am not getting any help. thats where things became ugly.Thandi put me on hold for more than 20minutes . then i hanged up and called back. i spoke to a lady by the name of Tracey who now told me she didnt knew either Thandi or Sindisiwe.putting me to hold for so long i had to hang up. i called again and it was routed to Sindisiwe who pretended she never spoke to me that day. wasting my time until at the end she recalled. and promised to call me back which she didnt. my car is not fitted with tracker till today but come debit day they are definately going to debit my account.
your customer service is pathetic in deed.
