My contract with Netstar expired in 2009, from that time it was on a month to month basis for their airtime. end of Sept 2012 i sold the vehicle and paid for a further 3 months as i was hospitalised. Dec 2012, Netstar was advised that the vehicle was sold and who the new owner was. subsequent to my advise they where given the details of the new owner and the account that they needed to debit. from Dec to May 2013, no debts went through my account to which i assumed that they were debiting the new owner. it was to my surprise that in July 2013 i was advised that i owe R933.00 for the 6 months. did advise again that the vehicle was sold and the relevant information was provided to netstar as they were now debiting the new owner. to this day they are still trying to recover the outstanding amount from me, to which i did send ultimately an e-mail detailing the owners new details and his willingness to pay. according to them and their lawyers VVM, i am responsible, as they don't have a contract with him. to my suprise if they dont have a contract with him why then i they debiting the current instalments to him, why should i be liable when they did not change the details as advised in De
