Incorrect debit

I was upset to say the least when I discovered that Sniper decided to increase my debit without letting me know

A phone call to their office would reveal that is was not an annual increase (which would still come) but when they went through there books, they realised that we were "paying too little "

So what happened was that they quoted us a price and let that run for a few months and decided to increase it to the "normal price " a rate we never agreed to in the first place

DISHONEST to say the least
