Our company provides Security Services in the Port Elizabeth area. We were "hounded" by the Bloodhound Guard Monitoring sales ladies until we subscribed to their services. Part of the sales pitch was that the actual Bloodhound unit is virtually indestructible. Since June 2012 the unit has been offline and faulty on numerous occasions, necessitating repairs at the Main Office in Cape Town on no less than four occasions. They now have the audacity to claim that the "indestructible" unit has been damaged and as a result we are liable for the costs of a new unit, even though the damage to the unit is not visible and the damage report makes use of wording such as "possibly". Beware of the "indestructible" Bloodhound unit!
