On saturday they debited my a ccount and in may 2013 i sent a letter to them cancelling my contract with them, ever since they have been debiting with no joy . i kept on phoning them monthly and told that they w ill get back to me to top it all of this month the debited almost R2000.
i feel if i dont need them as my service provider any more they dont have the right to debit my account, and to top it all off i cant do any reversals at the bank a s im told to speak to the service provider where must i go to for help!!! if this is not resolved then i will take it to the ombudsman, im not happy at all. i have the right to cancel the contract with them.
