A few short mnths ago ADT fitted a security system in, with an outside security box for our gate remote. No-one has ever bn able to get into it with the combination. We believe it was already damaged by the tech guys wen it was fitted. We phoned the tech department twice on same dy. Spoke to 2 different ppl. Promised us to send out tech guy to fix it nxt dy. Hubby took dy off wrk. We waited all dy! No-one ever came. That was roughly 1 mnth ago. Still cannot get in2 this box. We hav no complaint at all with ADT's security to us, in fact they have been absolutely wonderful frm dy 1 & very good and patient with us. Their very quick response 2 us a few times after intruders were seen in our garden should be commended, so PLEASE knw we r deeply grateful 4 u guys & ur quick response within 3-5 minutes after activat'g our panic button. But PLEASE fix the security box outside our gate. All the response teams have complained to us that they cud not get in bcuz of this. And I hope u don't charge us for the fixing, bcuz it has never worked since fitted, we have never been able to get in2 it! THK U!
