I am appalled and disgusted in tracker SA.
1 Year ago i took over a contract from My partner who had tracker installed in his previous car, the new owners did not want this device and therefore i took over this account,
I have never received or signed a contract with tracker, this was all telephonic, which t hey now claim they can not find the recordings,
I have been charged for more than a year for a tracking device that is still not installed in my car.
I was then advised by tracker that i needed to pay the first installment and then thsi will be installed 3 installments later, tons of paper work, details of the new owners and there address to retrieve the old tracker to have installed in my car, i have not received any success, after following up countless times and advising them i will not pay any further for a service that is not even protecting me neither installed in my car
I am now being listed for an amount which they threaten me to pay within 10 days,
I am going to seek legal advise, and i will make 100% sure that tracker is brought to justice, myself and thousands out there,
They are simply my money
