Alarm activated at neighbours house - ADT subscriber - on Friday 11/10/2013 approx 18:30
residents had just left property 5 minutes before
alarm continued all weekend
ADT made 1 - 2 visits
Control room response - we cannot do anything about it - very offhanded
The continued alarm is extremely disturbing to neighbours
it also place neighbours at risk as any determined burglar/thug will know that the property is unattended and security response will be negligible
Surely ADT have a system in place to deal with absent residents & continued alarms - there must be a fail safe system in place
