I use Chubb Security at home. We had a break-in to our garage abt a month ago, and I then installed a PIR in my garage. We then had an attempted break-in to my office window, only to discover that the alarm on the window was non-functional, and I had to set off my panic button. Chubb then came out the next day to fix it. I called the Chubb office to establish what their excuse was for the window alarm not working, and they were going to check with the technician, and return my call, which they did not.
Abt a week ago, I heard noises around my house, and pressed my panic button. Chubb took 25 minutes to come out, and the control room excuse was that "the area was busy". I called them yesterday at 9 am to find out what the solution is, and was told that an area manager would call me back. They have not.
