ADT not following procedures

Hi

I am truly disappointed in the service displayed last night, my panic alarm goes off when myself and family aren't home and your armed response fails to check and make sure that my place is secure.

The burglar got away with carrying a flat screen tv and more over the wall, but your response team cannot even manage to climb over the gate or wall to see that the door and gate has been forced open and damaged.

We arrive in the area to find your two armed response units parked at a store that is not even a minutes drive away from my house.

Your response unit service is poor and we expect answers, because procedures that your units are required to follow was clearly not done.
