Tracker Debits my account - Not a tracker client

For two months in a row tracker has debited my account with TRACKER AGL debit, even though I have no connection with tracker at all and have no account with them, I've placed a stop order with the bank but the debit went down again this month, there should be no reason to debit my account and if this keeps happening I'll be obligated to take further steps
