About two months ago i bought a new car for my wife. Accordingly i notified tracker to come and remove the unit from the old vehicle and install it in the new vehicle. They almost immediately removed the unit from the old vehicle, however took weeks to install the unit in the new vehicle.
When i called them to complain about them the lady assured me that i will not be paying for the period the unit was not installed in the new vehicle... now my debit order goes off and they charged the full amount PLUS R 800 call out fee.
I want nothing to do with tracker anymore, this is the third run-in i've had with them in the last two year!!!
They need to come and remove their units out of all my vehicles... i am not interested in their services anymore, and will not pay another cent to them!
Luckily i was able to reverse the debit order... still additional bank cost for my account!
