It is now 7 days since I wrote my report re query about my account. There was an immediate response with a promise that somebody would contact me on Wednesday 25 since the Tuesday was a public holiday. It is now Monday 30, nobody has contacted me so far.
In the promotional letter to our Body Corporate it was stated that a "stand alone" panic button for our residents would be a charge of 30 Rand per month, I am paying R132.47 monthly, even if I was not a pensioner I would object. Was this wrong advertising on the part of ADT?
