I sent a mail via the website on Monday, i then got a mail back from Wendy Waqu replied with "I have passed on your details to a consultant who works out in your area. You can expect his call within the hour", this was at 14:09, i then sent a mail at 15:38 "still no response" then i got a mail from Ashley Ross saying "Thank you for choosing Maxidor for your security needs! You will be contacted shortly." this was all on Monday, today is Wednesday... so today i sent a mail to Wendy Waqu "Still nothing, Please leave this request, it shows the poor customer care already... "
