I have a tracker alert system in m car and I left the emblem at home to actually see if they will contact me like the promised that if the car drives without the emblem I would get a call or SMS to find out if all is well and that never happened so my question is why the he'll am I paying so much money and don't receive the service I'm paying for every month. I mean m car could have been and they woudnt have picked it up.really tracker, why am I paying you for alert devise but you were not alerted when you were supposed to be. I want an explanation and want it ASAP.that's why I'm paying you
