Eric came to our house to give us a quote on upgrading our alarm system and on armed response. After about a month after receiving the quote, I responded to him, asking for an updated quote as pricing might have changed and my landlord finally agreed to go with Chubb's quote (I got quotes from 3 different companies) I then phoned him, after 10 days, no response to the email, and he said he missed the email, he will send me a quote again, as I asked for the quote to be split into two. I received the quotes, which was wrong, (he also mentioned he will call me back, I am still waiting), I responded to his email immediately, and didn't get any response from him. Almost a week later, I phone the sales office again, spoke to Michelle to get someone else from the sales department to call me back, as I don't want to deal with Eric anymore, he is very unprofessional, once again, I am still waiting.
This is ridiculous, hopefully your armed response is not as pathetic as your sales department.
All I need, is for someone to give me the right quotes, and to have my alarm system sorted, Is that too much to ask!? In today's day and age, one can not afford to not have security! What more must I do?!
