Im not happy with the way ADT Security treated me

I have a Debit order for ADT security, i had not paid April 2013 and they took me to NuDebt, 05 May 2013 i paid the the amout of R255.00 to nudebt via debit order (my bank statement as proof). 26th may 2013 my house burnt down, I called ADT end of May to deactivate my account due to the incident, they said i must write them a letter and they deactivated the account. They sent me a statement for June and they deducted R263.55 on friday 05 July 2013. Thabo Kekana called to say theres an outstanding amount of R255 for April 2013, told him that i payed to Nudebt their debt collectors and he should investigate, i sent him the statement showing the R255 payed to NuDebt. he then refered me to credit controller Cyrrella Jacobus. I then called them asking why they deducted R263.55 where as the account is inactive? why am i paying for services i have not renderd? I was then told that i would get a refund but up until today they have never contacted me. No refund, no communication about their debt collectors, just silence... Please help!
