I received an sms from matrix saying: Dear Customer, your Matrix/Beame account remains 30 days in arrears. Please call 0116548090 for suitable arrangements, if payment was made kindly ignore. on my contract i drew up with matrix i clearly stated that my debit date be set to the 20th of each month... Matrix tried to debit my account on the 1st of the month for what reason i still do not know because their consultants do not even have a clue what they are talking about. One consultant in particular that i spoke to who said his name was Prash told me that i will be paying for August, September and October. how could i possibly pay for October when its not even the end of September. i then told he that he needs to sort this matter out and that i am going to list him on Hello Peter. he Then Said "WHAT WILL THAT ACCOMPLISH" This guy has a attitude. what is he even doing talking to Clients. he does not have the qualities to deal with clients. i work with clients everyday i would know. if this matter is not resolved i want this tracking product out of my ca
